Content Creator and Social Media Specialist

About the role

This is a strategic, hands‑on position responsible for owning and growing the organization’s social media presence. You will develop platform‑specific content strategies, create and publish original assets, engage with the community, and use performance data to continuously improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a social media strategy aligned with broader marketing goals.
• Create, schedule and publish platform‑native content including short‑form video, stories, posts and captions.
• Build and manage organized content calendars that link campaign priorities with audience needs.
• Engage with the community through comments, messages and other interactions, representing the brand professionally.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse results and provide clear performance updates.

Required profile

• High English proficiency (C1 level or higher) and a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience creating social media content for major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook or YouTube.
• Strong visual judgment, copywriting ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution and measurement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content‑creation tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media management, scheduling, monitoring and analytics tools.
