AI-First Copy & Community Manager

About the role

You will craft on‑brand social copy and engage fan communities for globally recognised US TV and entertainment brands, using AI agents and a structured editorial workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Write and refine social copy for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, ensuring clarity, accuracy and brand fit.
• Engage daily with community comments, joining conversations, escalating issues when needed, and maintaining brand voice.
• Maintain tone‑of‑voice guidance, source context and examples for both humans and AI agents.
• Fact‑check and proofread all output, including AI‑generated content, for grammar, links, accessibility and brand safety.
• Develop and pitch content angles to improve engagement, using performance data to iterate.
• Use AI agents for repeatable tasks like generating copy variants, checking against sources and summarising community themes, reviewing their work critically.
• Encode successful methods into reusable skills and workflows for the team.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with a strong editorial ear and ability to adapt tone.
• Deep understanding of fan behaviour and community engagement in TV/film culture.
• Hands‑on experience using AI agents or similar tools in professional or personal projects.
• Attention to detail for fact‑checking, accessibility and brand safety.
• Systems mindset: identify repeatable work, improve it and document handovers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools and agentic workflows (e.g., Codex, reusable skill libraries).
• Experience with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube).
• Ability to create and manage editorial documents and context libraries.
