AI Creative Operations – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an AI Creative Operations specialist to design, build, and maintain AI‑driven systems that streamline content production and distribution. The role is fully remote, supporting teams across North and South America within PST or EST time zones. You will collaborate closely with production and AI operations leads to ensure seamless, scalable workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build a unified source of truth for ideas, transcripts, and production context across tools such as ClickUp, Granola, Fathom, Google Drive, Slack and WhatsApp.
• Create and manage an AI‑powered voice layer that guarantees consistent brand tone across all content.
• Automate the transformation of meeting notes and source material into structured content ideas and production tasks.
• Develop repurposing pipelines that convert long‑form assets into clips, carousels, threads and other social formats automatically.
• Provide real‑time visibility of production status, blockers and publishing readiness through dashboards.
• Automate publishing and distribution workflows wherever technically feasible.
• Maintain weekly reports on shipped systems, ongoing work and operational blockers.

Required profile

• Strong operational mindset with experience building practical automation systems.
• Excellent editorial judgment and understanding of creative production pipelines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
