Agentic AI Architect – AI Financial Coach & Gamified Wealth Platform

About the role

Castle is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of an AI‑native financial coaching ecosystem. The role will create a sophisticated, autonomous AI companion that delivers personalized financial guidance, habit reinforcement, and gamified engagement for women seeking financial empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and launch an AI Financial Coach that provides personalized budgeting, spending analysis, savings, investing advice, and habit reinforcement.
• Develop contextual memory systems that evolve with user goals, behavior, and progress.
• Design multi‑agent frameworks where specialized AI agents collaborate across education, analytics, and support.
• Integrate the AI coach with financial dashboards, account aggregation, budgeting, investment tracking, KPI reporting, and community engagement metrics.
• Interpret financial data to surface actionable insights, detect patterns, and generate personalized summaries and recommendations.
• Build AI‑driven gamification loops—including challenges, missions, XP, and rewards—to boost user engagement, learning completion, habit formation, and retention.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of advanced AI orchestration, agentic systems, and autonomous workflow design.
• Proven experience delivering consumer‑facing products that drive engagement, habit formation, and behavioral change.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable coaching.
• Passion for financial empowerment and creating inclusive, community‑focused experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with AI orchestration and multi‑agent system design.
