AEM Content Operations Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AEM Content Operations Engineer to join our LATAM‑based remote team. In this role you will bridge technical execution and digital marketing strategy, ensuring seamless deployment, optimization and scaling of content architectures on Adobe Experience Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical operations of the AEM content ecosystem, including deployment and scaling.
• Streamline authoring workflows and maintain content integrity across environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize platform capabilities and support high‑volume digital initiatives.
• Implement best practices for content delivery and performance monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager in a content operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and content lifecycle.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
