Over de functie

Voor een belangrijke leverancier van veiligheidsbeschermingsmiddelen in Chacarita (CABA) zoeken wij een administratief medewerker verkoop met aantoonbare ervaring in het systeem Tango Gestión.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Facturatie en incasso van klantorders.
Opstellen van offertes in Excel.
Analyseren van kost- en verkoopprijzen.
Opstellen van rapportages in Excel met behulp van draaitabellen.
Opvolgen van offertes en klantcommunicatie.

Gewenst profiel

Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in facturatie en incasso met Tango Gestión (exclu).
Ervaring met verkoopadministratie (offertes, inkooporders).
Gevorderde kennis van Excel, inclusief draaitabellen.
Leeftijd tussen 25 en 50 jaar.
Secundair onderwijs afgerond.

Excel (geavanceerd)

Wat wij bieden

Full‑time vaste aanstelling.
Werkdagen van maandag tot vrijdag, 8:30‑17:30 uur.
Presente werkomgeving op locatie.
