Ad Creative Lead – Build a Video Production Division

About the role

Proppel is seeking an Ad Creative Lead to launch and grow a new video ads production service for its performance design agency. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build the division from scratch, working alongside heads of Static, Ops, Client Management, and HR.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a video production division, creating processes, hiring freelancers and full‑time staff.
• Write and standardise video briefs that generate high‑performing Meta ads.
• Own the end‑to‑end production workflow: intake, briefing, review, QA, delivery and capacity planning.
• Set quality standards and creative direction across UGC, talking‑head, AI‑animated and B‑roll formats, ensuring alignment with static creative.

Required profile

• 4–7 years in performance creative, including 1–3 years leading people.
• Proven track record of writing video briefs that deliver high‑performing Meta ads.
• Experience managing content creators, editors and strategists, preferably in a multi‑client agency serving US DTC brands.
• Strong written and spoken English and a builder’s mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI video tools.
• Video editing proficiency (Premiere, CapCut or similar).
