Accounting Transformation Specialist

About the role

Join a regional Finance Transformation initiative supporting the migration to Oracle Global Finance Systems (GFS) across Latin America. You will work at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and Technology, ensuring successful system implementations, data migrations, and process improvements in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM, validating, reconciling, cleansing, and mapping financial data.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams to participate in testing, issue resolution, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze the impact of system changes on financial reporting and close activities, and act as a liaison between U.S.‑based IT Transformation and regional Finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems or Finance Transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting and audit support.
• Advanced to fluent English for daily interaction with U.S. teams.

Required skills

• Oracle / Oracle Cloud ERP (or similar ERP platforms such as SAP Finance).
• Data‑analytics tools: Power BI, SQL, Python.
