Account Support Specialist – Legal (Buenos Aires)

About the role

The Account Support Specialist provides high‑quality technical and operational assistance to North‑American clients using the VDR platform, handling queries, delivering training, and supporting key workflow processes.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone or email to advise on VDR workflows and provide first‑line technical support.
• Assist users in navigating the VDR platform, managing access, permissions, document handling, Q&A, and reporting.
• Conduct online training sessions for clients and guide them through platform functionalities.
• Investigate and document user issues, escalating technical matters to internal teams when necessary.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely and accurate deliverables, and coordinate with regional internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of support tickets, billing information, and client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Native‑level English fluency, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
• Comfortable conducting one‑to‑one calls with a variety of B2B customers.
• Highly motivated team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Tech‑savvy, eager to learn new software and tools; previous experience in a technology or IT company is a plus.
