Account Manager – Small & Medium Business Group

About the role

Meta’s Small and Medium Business Group (SMBG) is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead AI‑driven sales initiatives. You will work with a diverse portfolio of businesses, helping them grow by leveraging Meta’s advertising solutions and data‑powered insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, meeting sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and create targeted business strategies.
• Use data insights, AI and automation to deliver tailored recommendations and drive product adoption.
• Educate clients on Meta’s solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Drive the full sales cycle from scoping to closure, maintaining rigorous pipeline management using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments with a growth mindset.
• Strong customer‑centric approach and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in data analysis, problem‑solving and strategic planning.
• Track record of collaborative work and delivering results.
