Customer Assurance Specialist

About the role

DataCamp’s Information Security team is looking for a Customer Assurance Specialist to lead the response process for customer RFPs, RFIs, and other security‑related inquiries. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal subject‑matter experts, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant information is delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer security assessments, from kickoff to final submission.
• Collaborate with internal experts to gather, validate, and document information required for security questionnaires.
• Maintain a centralized repository of frequently requested security documentation, keeping it aligned with DataCamp’s security program.
• Ensure questionnaire responses comply with policies, certifications, and regulations such as CCPA, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Support ad‑hoc requests including vendor onboarding, document provision, and other information needs.
• Track and report metrics on response times and questionnaire performance.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines, sometimes under compressed timelines.
• Willingness to provide support during off‑hours and collaborate across global teams.
