Recruiter (Remote, Full-time)

About the role

Statiq, a fast‑growing performance‑driven creative agency, is seeking a proactive Recruiter to scale its global team. This full‑time remote position involves owning the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, outbound outreach and creative talent‑acquisition tactics.
• Conduct interviews assessing technical skills, cultural fit, motivation and growth potential.
• Coordinate interview processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage job postings and optimize sourcing across multiple recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks and hiring best practices.
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to support data‑driven decisions.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in startups, scale‑ups, agencies or high‑growth companies preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
