Human Resources Partner – Builder Experience (LatAm)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a Human Resources Partner to join the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) supporting AWS Builders across Latin America. The role focuses on enhancing the employee experience, listening to Builder sentiment, and acting as a bridge between Builders, managers, and HR Business Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs and partner teams to design and implement HR strategies covering talent, performance management, compensation and employee relations.
• Leverage Builder listening mechanisms to monitor sentiment trends, produce regular updates and recommend actions to site leadership.
• Conduct weekly Gemba Go See (GGS) walks to engage directly with Builders on the ground.
• Translate sentiment data and HR metrics into actionable insights that align with operational goals.
• Provide consulting support and influence across multiple scenarios within the cluster.
