Talent Consultant – Assistant Director

About the role

As a Talent Consultant – Assistant Director you will be at the core of EY Global Delivery Services' people strategy, partnering with a diverse team to deliver HR services that enable business results. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business objectives into talent solutions while driving change across HR programs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑quality HR processes including compensation, performance management and career development.
• Provide frontline support to customer groups and strategic guidance to functional leadership on people initiatives.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries, offering guidance to business leaders.
• Utilise data analytics to deliver insights on headcount, salaries and budgets, recommending solutions as needed.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience with a solid understanding of United States labor law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Cross‑border working experience and knowledge of financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance or wealth management).
• Preferred: Master’s degree, SHRM certification, experience in professional services.
