Recruiting Coordinator (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage high‑volume interview scheduling for its LATAM operations. This remote position supports multiple stakeholders across different time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and accurate interview logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule phone screens, panel interviews, and final interviews across multiple time zones.
• Handle high volumes of scheduling, rescheduling, and last‑minute changes while keeping candidates and interview teams aligned.
• Prepare and send interview confirmations, calendar invites, logistics details, and reminders.
• Maintain accurate interview plans, including attendees, time zones, links, and interview specifics.
• Communicate with candidates in clear, professional English via email and chat tools.
• Identify and resolve risks such as missing availability, late confirmations, or scheduling conflicts.
• Update candidate status and scheduling details in the ATS workflow.
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to unblock pipeline movement.
• Escalate issues early with context and proposed next steps.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, or similar fast‑paced administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high workload with frequently changing priorities.
• High responsiveness, strong follow‑through, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple tools and systems.
