About the role
Breakmark is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its remote team and drive high‑quality hiring outcomes for fast‑growing technology clients. You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, managing end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple regions and functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, operational, and leadership roles, from kickoff to offer acceptance.
- Conduct intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and handle offer negotiations.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, compensation benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS platforms, prepare candidate reports, and track hiring metrics.
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and best practices.
Required profile
- Approximately 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or recruitment consulting.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment independently.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience hiring for technology, startup, fintech, SaaS, AI, or high‑growth environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing experience.
