HR & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Puulse Marketing is seeking a proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to keep people operations running smoothly. This hands‑on position sits at the intersection of HR, compliance, employee relations, and executive support, providing front‑line assistance to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on onboarding, benefits, attendance, payroll, accommodations, and scheduling.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding workflows.
• Coordinate employee documentation and maintain accurate internal systems.
• Support recruitment and internal hiring processes.
• Improve and modernize internal tools such as attendance tracking and training platforms.
• Provide operational support to Legal and Employee Relations, handling confidential disputes, disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Deliver administrative follow‑through for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, HR, administration, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding/off‑boarding, legal support, or project coordination.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong written communication, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities while staying responsive.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills and initiative.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when urgent matters arise.
