SAP PI/PO Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Join EY Global Delivery Services as a SAP PI/PO Service Delivery Manager, leading the support and operation of the Mercury technical landscape and its integration with core SAP applications and cloud solutions. You will collaborate with technologists and business specialists to ensure seamless integration and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support and management of SAP PI/PO and related integration solutions.
• Assess impact of technical changes, validate estimates from third‑party and internal teams, and ensure alignment with technical roadmaps.
• Work closely with SAP Process Experts and Managed Service Support to operationalize proposed solutions.
• Configure and maintain adapters such as SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, JDBC, HTTP, FTPS, IDoc, RFC, and Mail.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations with SAP ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, CPI, Microsoft Dynamics, C4C, Ariba Buyer, and Ariba Sourcing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP PI/PO operations, production configuration, and change‑request implementation.
• Strong background developing custom solutions and optimizing code across SAP ECC/CRM/SRM/BW environments.
• Knowledge of security concepts including SSL, digital signing, and PGP encryption.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Framework Architecture APIs (BAPIs, ALE, RFC, SOAP).
