Risk & Independence Contracting Coordinator – Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Contracting Support Coordinator to join our US contracting team. The role assists senior leadership by managing the end‑to‑end contracting lifecycle, ensuring contracts move smoothly through review, approval and execution while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update contract statuses in the internal contracting system and track progress.
• Perform preliminary reviews of contract redlines and coordinate feedback from subject‑matter experts.
• Schedule and facilitate internal calls between business and legal teams, including legal‑to‑legal discussions.
• Provide calendar management and document organization support for senior leaders.
• Generate basic reports and keep Excel trackers current to reflect contracting activity.
• Identify process improvements and share best practices to increase workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, Law or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of executive assistant or project management experience, preferably with PMO exposure.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility and a commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with contract management or similar database systems.
• Data analysis and report generation capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
