About the role
We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to support the owner of a US‑based remote web development agency. This high‑trust position blends professional and personal support, ensuring the founder’s schedule, communications and operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the owner’s personal and professional calendars, coordinating appointments, family events and travel.
- Act as the primary gate‑keeper for email, triaging messages, responding to urgent client inquiries and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Route and assign tasks to technical and creative team members, keeping projects on track when the owner is occupied.
- Handle company and personal credit‑card transactions, track minor accounting details and execute sensitive purchases with integrity.
- Communicate directly with US‑based clients by email and phone, providing updates and handling inquiries professionally.
- Support the owner’s family schedule and personal matters with the same level of care as business tasks.
Required profile
- 4‑5+ years experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting CEOs or founders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development or technical agency environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
