About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Remote Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. The role involves managing daily operations, communications, and scheduling in a fast‑paced virtual environment. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring executives stay focused on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive email inboxes, prioritize messages, draft responses, and follow up on communications.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Maintain professional communication with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars across multiple time zones.
- Track deadlines, action items, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal documents as needed.
- Support executives with special projects and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 + years recent experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage executive calendars and high‑volume email inboxes.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
