Remote AI Trainer – Evaluate and Improve AI‑Generated Code

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, project‑based AI training program. As an AI Trainer you will help improve AI code generation by reviewing, rating, and creating coding challenges, all on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI performance.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
