About the role
The Partner Success Manager Incubator role at Uber Eats leads post‑sales success for a high‑potential SMB restaurant portfolio. You will coach a team that ensures restaurant partners thrive on the platform while driving measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for post‑sales partner management of high‑value SMB restaurants.
- Own team performance and translate strong partner relationships into retention, revenue growth, and product adoption.
- Drive revenue and retention targets through upselling new features and co‑creating growth strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer, turning partner feedback into actionable insights.
- Design and lead growth initiatives, collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams.
- Set, track, and report on partner performance metrics; conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial, account‑management, or customer‑facing role with people‑management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of leading teams and building high‑performance cultures.
- Strong background in meeting business targets or quota delivery.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and solid business judgment.
- Excellent executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast‑paced, ownership‑driven mindset with a bias toward action.
