Commercial Services Procurement Specialist – Latin America

About the role

The Commercial Services Procurement Specialist will design and execute sourcing strategies for commercial services across the Latin America region. Reporting to the Commercial Services Procurement Manager, the role focuses on cost optimisation, supplier innovation and delivering free cash flow benefits for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement best‑in‑class sourcing strategies for commercial services spend in Latin America.
• Build and maintain high‑impact relationships with senior management and key internal stakeholders.
• Lead complex negotiations and establish long‑term agreements with strategic suppliers.
• Define supplier selection and performance management processes to ensure cost efficiency and high service levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal teams to align procurement actions with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and risks, adjusting strategies to mitigate supply‑chain disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement and corporate spend management.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google collaboration tools.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience using Ariba.
