About the role

Ecom Operators is seeking a remote Global Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its portfolio of Direct‑to‑Consumer brands in health, wellness, and skincare. You will be responsible for creatively sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across diverse functions while collaborating with hiring managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for creative, technical, and administrative roles.
• Partner with global hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and timelines.
• Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the specific requirements of each DTC brand.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Promote diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
• Experience with digital recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to tailor recruitment approaches for varied role types.
• Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Familiarity with DTC or e‑commerce trends is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
