Analista Hard de Recursos Humanos

About the role

Strada is looking for a Hard HR Analyst to manage core payroll and HR processes in Argentina. You will ensure legal compliance, accurate benefit administration, and a smooth experience for internal clients while supporting the company’s growth across 180+ countries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate and control payroll updates.
• Validate pre‑liquidation and guarantee correct final payroll processing.
• Manage digital payslips and ensure timely issuance.
• Coordinate social security and insurance enrollments, terminations, billing and control.
• Control bank account details (CBU) and ensure employee payments.
• Administer vacations, salary advances and leave requests.
• Monitor social charges and statutory contributions.
• Respond to internal client queries on salaries, taxes and benefits.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate background checks and follow‑up.
• Generate and analyse HR reports using Workday or other systems.
• Act as liaison with global teams and Finance.
• Assist with internal communications such as anniversaries and announcements.

Required profile

• Degree in Labor Relations, Accounting or a related field.
• More than 3 years of payroll processing experience in Argentina.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor legislation and fourth‑category tax.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
