Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across multiple industries. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, building strong pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring plans.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and nurture a network of potential candidates through market research and community outreach.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools.
