About the role

bylittle is seeking an eLearning Specialist to design and develop high‑quality digital learning experiences for a variety of clients. This hands‑on role focuses on turning storyboards, scripts, and design assets into engaging, accessible courses that meet both client expectations and learner needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other learning technologies.
• Translate storyboards, scripts, and design specifications into functional learning experiences.
• Create interactions, assessments, animations, and multimedia elements aligned with learning objectives.
• Apply accessibility standards and eLearning best practices throughout development.
• Test, troubleshoot, and QA courses before delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and Team Leads.
• Communicate progress, questions, risks, and technical considerations clearly.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
• Continuously develop technical skills and eLearning expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience building eLearning courses or interactive learning experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow storyboards and translate designs into polished deliverables.
• Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving project requirements.
• Strong self‑management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Clear written communication in English.
• Openness to feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning.
