Training Manager – South LATAM

About the role

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands‑on Training Manager to lead education initiatives across South LATAM. The role will elevate brand knowledge, retail excellence, and client experience for fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories while ensuring alignment with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional education strategy for distributors and travel‑retail markets.
• Adapt global training materials into locally relevant in‑person and digital modules.
• Develop and manage the regional training calendar, aligning with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Deliver high‑quality training across key markets, maintaining consistency and excellence.
• Manage the regional training budget efficiently.
• Partner with fashion boutique teams to execute training initiatives and elevate client experience.
• Act as the main education liaison for distributors, training and coaching local trainers.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as sell‑out, engagement, and certification rates.
• Lead product‑launch training, ensuring teams are prepared before market activation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, communications, digital, and trade‑marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms, hybrid formats, and share best‑practice training across markets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, strategic mindset with experience in regional training or education programs.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare product categories.
• Proven ability to build capability within distributor teams and drive sell‑out performance.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.
