About the role
ClearDesk is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to support its healthcare staffing initiatives. You will work remotely, guiding candidates through the hiring journey and ensuring a smooth, compassionate experience from application to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Review and manage incoming applications from job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Maintain timely candidate communications and follow‑ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Track candidate progress, manage onboarding documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Support recruiters with pipeline management and operational tasks.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive, compassionate, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
- Experience or interest in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
