About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a leading global professional services firm in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on supporting sales organizations, driving account growth strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships. This position is not a sales role and operates under a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and execute account growth strategies.
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic account planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate global teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Manage key internal and client‑facing relationships.
  • Lead account engagement and account excellence initiatives.
  • Support strategic pursuits, onboarding, and business growth activities.
  • Drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices across accounts.

Required profile

  • 8‑10 years of experience in sales enablement, strategic account management, client success, or account operations.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or large multinational organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and residence in Buenos Aires.
