Onboarding Agent

About the role

The Onboarding Agent will guide new restaurant partners through the setup of Sauce’s delivery and pickup platform. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success, you will ensure a smooth, efficient launch that helps restaurants start receiving orders quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact restaurant owners to complete onboarding using the checklist.
• Maintain real‑time communication with Sales and Customer Success to anticipate needs.
• Upload integration links on platforms such as WordPress, GoDaddy, and Square.
• Provide daily Google support and manage HubSpot onboarding tickets.
• Assist live help requests and upsell new products or renewals.

Required profile

• Strong B2B communication skills with confidence speaking to business owners.
• Sales experience preferred, especially in upselling or renewals.
• Highly organized, quick learner, and able to work at a fast pace.
• Fluent English; bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus.
