Workday Consultant – Remote LATAM

About the role

HR Path is seeking a Workday Consultant to drive digital HR transformation across Latin America. You will work remotely with clients throughout the region, optimizing Workday solutions and ensuring successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting and implementation services for Workday modules.
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM, Recruitment, and other modules.
• Support end‑users and manage support tickets via Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams at various levels.
• Participate in project methodologies and implementation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday consultant (implementation or support).
• Proficiency in Workday HCM, Recruitment, and at least two additional modules.
• Fluent English and conversational Spanish.
• Experience working with LATAM operations.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira.
