Webflow Designer & Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Webflow Designer & Developer to create modern, visually compelling websites for our US‑based client. You will own the full lifecycle—from concept and visual design to implementation, interaction, animation, and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build pages directly in Webflow.
• Create scroll‑based storytelling, animations, and interactive experiences.
• Translate complex AI and robotics concepts into clear visual layouts.
• Develop responsive, reusable components and CMS templates.
• Optimise sites for performance, SEO, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and engineering team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building production websites in Webflow.
• Strong portfolio of live Webflow sites you have personally designed and built.
• Excellent visual, typographic, and interaction design sensibility.
• Experience with AI, robotics, or B2B technology companies is a plus.

Required skills

• Webflow and Webflow CMS.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Custom Webflow code.
• Responsive design and animation techniques.
• React and Next.js (bonus for custom interactive components).
