Web & SEO Specialist – Build & Optimize Law Firm Site

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Web & SEO Specialist to lead the digital presence of a boutique personal‑injury law firm. You will take an approved design mockup and turn it into a fast, responsive website that continuously generates new cases.

Key responsibilities

• Convert design mockups into a fully responsive website on Webflow or WordPress and own it end‑to‑end after launch.
• Build and maintain practice‑area, location, and blog pages within the CMS, ensuring optimal UX, page speed, accessibility, and security.
• Manage site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement structured data and legal schema (LegalService, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb).
• Conduct high‑intent keyword research focused on injury types and NYC locations, and optimise on‑page content while respecting E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL standards.
• Oversee Google Business Profile, local citations, and location pages to dominate local map‑pack results.
• Support link‑building and digital‑PR initiatives to increase domain authority.
• Run CRO experiments on intake forms, click‑to‑call, and live chat to improve conversion rates.
• Own GA4, Google Search Console, lead/call tracking and rank tracking to translate data into a growth roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience at the intersection of web design/build and SEO, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record of launching fast, conversion‑focused websites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical, on‑page, and local SEO with measurable results.
• Highly organized and able to manage a full web launch independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
