Visual Designer

About the role

DOOR is seeking a Visual Designer to bring its brand to life across marketing, sales, and product touch points. You will own a variety of creative projects, from campaigns and trade show materials to packaging and website design, while building tools that enable teams to produce on‑brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing emails, campaigns, landing pages, and sales collateral such as decks, one‑pagers, and case studies.
• Create trade show booths, signage, event collateral, packaging, and instructional materials for hardware products.
• Support product design with illustrations, graphics, and Lottie motion assets.
• Design, build, and maintain the corporate website and landing pages in Webflow.
• Develop self‑service creative tools (deck builders, social asset generators, templates) to empower teams.
• Help evolve and enforce brand guidelines across all outputs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, either in‑house or agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range across digital, print, and physical media.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders while thinking systemically.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Motion design skills, preferably After Effects to Lottie.
• Experience with Webflow for website creation.
• Knowledge of print production files for packaging and large‑format graphics.
