Visual Designer

About the role

Profound, a fast‑growing AI‑focused marketing platform, is looking for its first Visual Designer. You will shape the visual identity of the company and create high‑impact assets that help brands succeed on the generative internet.

Key responsibilities

• Create polished presentations, graphics, and digital assets that clearly convey Profound’s vision, value, and product capabilities.
• Produce high‑quality design work on short timelines, balancing speed with excellence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to translate complex ideas into visual narratives.
• Design across Google Slides and Figma, adapting assets for sales decks, marketing collateral, and product mockups.
• Maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints and evolve brand guidelines as needed.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for craft and polish.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnarounds.
• Strong communicator who can articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Slides for presentation design.
• Proficiency with Figma for UI and graphic design.
