VIP Host

About the role

As a VIP Host you will build and nurture relationships with the top players of our games, ensuring they feel valued and engaged. You will act as the primary point of contact, translating player feedback into actionable insights that drive long‑term business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with VIP players via in‑game chat, iMessage, Facebook Messenger, email and phone.
• Develop deep knowledge of each player’s interests, preferences and gaming habits.
• Promote new game releases, events and updates, keeping players informed and excited.
• Monitor product development and live‑operation events to relay relevant information to VIPs.
• Play competitor and our own games regularly to understand player experience.
• Analyze behavioral data and reports to identify playing patterns.
• Listen empathetically to player concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Collect and communicate player feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• At least 2 years experience on a VIP Hosts team in iGaming, skill games or related fields, or 3 years in mobile free‑to‑play games.
• Fluent American English with strong cultural understanding.
• BS or MS in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with KPIs and data.
• Creative, resourceful and able to operate independently.
