The role focuses on producing high‑quality visual content and managing social channels to attract out‑of‑area buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Facebook and Instagram.
• Create short‑form video clips, graphics, and branded assets that showcase luxury listings and local lifestyle.
• Plan, maintain, and schedule a content calendar while monitoring post performance.
• Produce material highlighting market insights, community events, and waterfront living.
• Help position Palmetto as a premier waterfront destination.

Required profile

• Experience managing social media for brands or businesses (real‑estate experience a plus).
• Strong video editing and content‑creation abilities.
