Video Editor for Paid Ads (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Video Editor to create short‑form ad videos for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. The focus is on converting viewers into buyers, not just producing aesthetically pleasing content. This remote, full‑time or part‑time position offers flexible hours and a salary based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw footage (UGC, product clips, internal shoots) into scroll‑stopping, conversion‑focused video ads.
• Produce clear, persuasive short‑form videos that drive clicks and purchases on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other creative teams to align video content with campaign goals.
• Maintain brand visual standards while optimizing for each platform’s ad specifications.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate on creative assets to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Mindset focused on hooks, value propositions, and buyer psychology.
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• High ownership and willingness to take creative leadership as the role evolves.

Required skills

• Video editing (experience with industry‑standard editing tools).
• Understanding of short‑form ad formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Experience working with UGC, product footage, and basic motion graphics.
