The role suits someone who thrives in a fast pace, manages many requests and delivers quality at speed.
Key responsibilities
- Edit engaging, social-first videos, especially Reels and short-form content for branded campaigns, events and social media.
- Manage a high volume of requests, prioritise competing deadlines and deliver edits at speed.
- Adapt footage into multiple versions, formats and creative approaches for different briefs, platforms and audiences.
- Organise and maintain reusable footage libraries so teams worldwide can find and reuse assets easily.
- Set and maintain quality standards for editing, colour, sound, captions, graphics and exports.
- Improve workflows with templates, presets and automation, and collaborate with teams across North America and other markets.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven professional video editing with a strong portfolio of social-first content, Reels and ideally branded videos.
- Ability to work at high speed, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience adapting content for different platforms and audiences, and collaborating across time zones.
- Experience with branded content, commercial campaigns or event footage is a strong plus; a degree is welcome but not essential.
Required skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder (essential); Photoshop and After Effects are a plus.
- Understanding of Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, hooks, captions and platform formats.
- Colour correction, sound mixing, basic motion graphics and quality control.
- Knowledge of codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, frame rates and export specifications.
- Asset management and workflow optimisation with templates and presets.
What we offer
- Attractive compensation with room to grow.
- 40% discount on Fever events and experiences plus a free Candlelight voucher.
- 20 days of paid annual leave.
- Private health and dental insurance (OSDE 410 plan) and Wellhub membership, both fully covered.
- English and Spanish language lessons.
- Hybrid work with a central Buenos Aires office.
The application process includes a video call with the Talent team, a 60-minute online psychometric test, an interview with the SMN team, a video editing test and a conversation with management.
