Venture Fellow

About the role

This is an immersive, full‑time Venture Fellow position focused on AI‑native investment analysis in Latin America. You will work alongside a leading venture capital team, exploring startups and supporting portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Explore the Latin American startup ecosystem to identify emerging founders and unconventional ideas.
• Evaluate investment opportunities through market research, company analysis, and investment discussions.
• Support structuring, diligence, and execution of new investment transactions.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to help founders navigate technical, operational, and strategic challenges.

Required profile

• Based in or willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, São Paulo, or Mexico City.
• Student, graduate, or self‑taught builder with a quantitative or technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics).
• Recognized for academic excellence, technical achievements, or competitive programming.
• Curious, proactive, highly autonomous, and passionate about technology, AI, startups, and innovation.
