About the role

MetLife is seeking a strategic, technology‑forward leader to modernize Group Benefits Finance sales reporting, analytics, and performance insights. The role sits at the intersection of finance, data, technology, and transformation, partnering with Finance, Distribution, Compensation, Operations, Technology, and Enterprise Data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of sales reporting and analytics, delivering accurate, timely, and trusted insights for business and executive leaders.
• Build scalable reporting capabilities that improve transparency, strengthen data governance, and simplify access to performance metrics.
• Partner with Technology and Enterprise Data teams to develop cloud‑enabled analytics solutions using Azure, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, Alteryx, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and self‑service analytics tools that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, improve data quality, and streamline information consumption.
• Translate business needs into data models, dashboards, automated workflows, and recommendations that support growth and efficiency.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in finance, analytics, reporting, business intelligence, data management, or sales operations, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to lead reporting modernization, data transformation, or technology‑enabled process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving change across cross‑functional teams.
