Treasury Core Model (TCM) Support Expert

About the role

As a Treasury Core Model (TCM) Support Expert – Level 3, you will ensure the stability and continuous improvement of Sanofi’s S/4HANA Treasury Core Model solution. You will work across multiple time zones, providing expert-level support for complex incidents and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex application incidents requiring SAP customization, database or code changes within defined SLAs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, develop permanent fixes, and manage SAP OSS messages and transport orders.
• Act as the first point of contact for change requests from Treasury Key Users, assessing alignment with approved TCM specifications.
• Support functional analysis of enhancements, update specifications, conduct testing, and collaborate with ABAP teams on forms, reports, and layouts.
• Prepare design authority position papers, deliver end‑user training and documentation as needed.
• Contribute to Business Value Projects as a Solution Expert, ensuring delivery of solution artefacts.
• Coordinate with ABAP and ERP AMS teams, manage post‑refresh activities, and support disaster recovery exercises.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Finance and Treasury modules in an international environment.
• Proven track record in SAP projects, especially with S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work transversally with multiple teams.
