Administration and Financial Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Administration and Financial Manager to lead global finance operations, drive administrative modernization, and ensure reporting integrity across four business lines and multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Map, standardize and optimise core administrative workflows across all business lines.
• Co‑lead the selection, configuration and go‑live of a new corporate ERP and unified data model.
• Guide remote regional teams through system adoption, automation and change management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing, inter‑company eliminations and foreign‑exchange conversions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS and manage regulatory reporting in each jurisdiction.
• Maintain a COSO‑based internal control framework, including balance‑sheet reconciliations and claim recoveries.
• Support treasury activities such as regulatory capital control, solvency monitoring, cash‑flow management and inter‑company funding.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing, regionally distributed controllership team.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10‑15+ years of corporate finance/controllership experience, preferably in re‑insurance, financial services or a Big 4 environment.
• Proven track record co‑leading end‑to‑end ERP implementations in complex, multi‑entity organisations.
• Fluent bilingual communication for global collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, remote leadership and change‑management capabilities.
