Traveler Care Specialist – Luxury Travel (Customer Service & Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Traveler Care Specialist to join Zicasso’s remote team. In this freelance position you will act as the bridge between our luxury travelers and our global network of travel partners, delivering personalized service and driving repeat bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process travel inquiries via email, messaging, phone and online platforms.
• Analyze lead data to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with travelers to understand and exceed their travel expectations.
• Coordinate with Zicasso’s partner network to match travelers with bespoke itineraries.
• Contribute to customer loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.

• Passion for international travel and luxury experiences.
• Data‑driven attitude and ability to work in a high‑performance remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage rotating weekend shifts.
