Training Program Coordinator

About the role

Red Hat is looking for a data‑driven, highly organized Training Program Coordinator to support the Red Hat Learning Subscription (RHLS). You will act as the operational hub for the RHLS Product Manager, turning strategic product ideas into concrete digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of in‑app guides, announcements, and feature tagging using digital adoption tools.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to roll out new program initiatives and communicate updates to subscribers.
• Monitor usage metrics, build dashboards, and report on KPIs, engagement trends, and notification effectiveness.
• Coordinate and execute A/B tests for guides, messaging, and workflows to optimize engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics of RHLS programs, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed.
• Serve as liaison between product, marketing, and technical teams, delivering weekly status reports.

Required profile

• Direct experience with Pendo or similar digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Gainsight PX).
• Strong analytical mindset with competency in data visualization and Excel.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting product priorities and take direction from leadership.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Basic understanding of scientific method or A/B testing principles.
• Familiarity with the Red Hat ecosystem is a plus.
