Trading Support Operator – South America (Customer Support)

About the role

Join GRID's global Support Organization as a Trading Support Operator focused on South America. You will be the primary point of contact for sportsbook customers using GRID's Odds products, helping resolve operational alerts and complex queries while ensuring a customer‑first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for sportsbook clients regarding GRID's Odds and trading services.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and operational alerts, investigating and acknowledging issues.
• Assist customers with fixture coverage, market availability, settlement, and product behaviour questions.
• Gather and validate information to assess the impact of reported issues.
• Escalate incidents to internal teams when necessary and log all operational, product, and service issues.
• Contribute to product improvements based on feedback and identified defects.
• Maintain and share knowledge in GRID's internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing support or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new products, services, and workflows quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced operational environment with shift and weekend availability.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Slack, GSuite, Jira, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with data feeds and APIs.
