TikTok Shop Manager

About the role

Trafilea is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to lead the TikTok Shop channel for its Shapermint brand in the United States. You will be responsible for turning the TikTok ecosystem into a profitable revenue engine, overseeing everything from GMV and margin to creator collaborations and live shopping experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end TikTok Shop performance, driving GMV, margin, AOV, conversion and return‑rate improvements.
• Build and scale the creator/affiliate engine, including recruitment, commission structures, sampling and performance management.
• Develop a consistent LIVE shopping and shoppable‑video workflow, optimizing hosts, offers and selling mechanics.
• Partner with Performance Marketing to amplify affiliate and organic content through Video Shopping Ads, GMV Max, Spark Ads and LIVE Shopping Ads.
• Define commercial strategy for assortment, pricing, promotions, commissions and ad spend while protecting profitability.
• Analyze Seller Center and channel data using tools such as Kalodata, FastMoss, EchoTik and Looker to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain shop health by overseeing catalog, inventory sync, fulfillment SLAs, returns and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Merchandising, CX and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Lead a lean, hands‑on team and create a repeatable playbook for expansion beyond the US.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in eCommerce, social commerce, marketplaces, creator commerce or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue channels and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
