Growth Strategy Manager (Portuguese Speaker) – Buenos Aires

About the role

Fever is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager who will shape the company’s expansion across the region. You will own the growth roadmap, define business models, and build a partner portfolio while working at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead business plans for key expansion areas and partners, influencing product prioritisation and revenue optimisation.
• Act as lead advisor to top‑tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s data and technology to drive their success.
• Turn complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimise new business streams and cross‑functional workflows to support rapid, lean scaling.
• Collaborate with regional General Managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years in an analytical business role (strategy consulting, fast‑growing startup or investment banking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders across cultures.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable with ambiguity and high‑stakes decisions.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires.
